FAQs

How long will my order take?

Smaller orders are usually despatched within 2 to 3 working days.

For larger and custom orders, we aim for 10 working days or less.

What is your returns policy?

All handmade products are made to order, with this in mind please double check your measurements before ordering,

If you do have an issue. get in touch I will always do my best to work around any problems. UnfurtunatlPlease note, we cannot accept returns for custom-made items.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packing is always free to the UK mainland.

If an order is local I will try to use a local courier service.

For general orders, I usually use Parcelforce 24hr or 48hr tracked service. For small orders, I use other services like Royal Mail.

Can I track my order?

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking number and expected delivery date.

Prior to this. especially on large orders. We may send you a quick update email to let you know how your order is coming along and wish you a great weekend.

If you add a mobile number the shipping company will be able to send notifications via email and or text.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept these payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Google Pay
  • Card Payment on Delivery
  • Cash Payment on Delivery

I am always happy to accept customization ideas and creations. You can email me at charlotte@shiresfurniture.com or fill in the contact us form.  I will get back to you usually within 24hrs.
